We are now ready to launch our new School Hire online booking facility and as an existing customer of the MCSC / Malton School you are being given advance notice so that you can ensure that your regular bookings are confirmed and secure prior to the new system going live on Saturday 1 September 2018. We will reserve your slot until Friday 24 August 2018, so please ensure you have
booked via the online system by this date, otherwise your existing slot will become available to other customers.

On your first visit, you will need to create a free user account and then make your booking request. When you make the booking request, you will see the standard charge for the facility that you are trying to hire. When you make your booking request you will need to put in credit card or debit card details. This card will only be charged once MCSC confirm your booking.

If there are any discounts to be applied (block bookings, previously agreed charge rate, etc.), your card will be charged with the applicable discount applied. You will then receive a receipt of the booking confirmation via email. Any changes to your booking must then be made through the SchoolHire booking site.

School Hire is a highly intuitive system and will allow a series of bookings (10 weeks or longer) to be paid either up front in full or via a split payment plan, where a partial upfront payment is taken on a rolling 4 week basis, for the duration of the booking.
As part of the new system we now require all bookings to be made online and with a debit/credit card payment upfront.

A number of our clubs who previously did not have a club account card have been able to acquire one issued simply by requesting this from their local branch who were happy to oblige (even if they had joint signatories). For those organisations who do not currently have a suitable card available, please contact MCSC so that we can assist in helping you arrange payment, to confirm your booking.
